Bloom Boutique Suite, Thinking of You
Hi, welcome back!
Today’s creation is so sweet! I used lots of elements and pieces to create a beautiful card with very little stamping! It features another new In Color, actually a returning color … Crisp Cantaloupe is back! For this card I wanted to feature a new 3D Embossing folder and to use the Dies to create the focal image. The only stamping is actually the greeting in black ink and hand trimmed out, popped up with stampin’ dimensionals.
I went with kind of an offset stacked layout, layering to the left the pretty print of DSP layered on coordinating colors of cardstock with a thin accent border. The other stack features another print of the DSP, die cut with the Party Banners Dies and layered to create the backdrop for our focal image. I used the dies from the set and cut flowers and leaves from Basic White cardstock and Vellum, okay and one from new Peaceful Pine cardstock too! The die cuts were stacked and layered to drape across both blocks. Added a touch of the Gold Striped Ribbon on the diagonal and finished off with new 26-28 IC Dots and Metallic Gems. All of this was then adhered to a piece of Vellum that I ran through the new Floral Spray 3D embossing folder – to create a soft and dreamy background for our focal image!
